Bagi anda yang memiliki tanah yang cukup luas, dilokasi yang cukup berdekatan dengan perkantoran dan belum dimanfaatkan maka mungkin peluang bisnis lapangan futsal ini dapat menjadi suatu alternatif bisnis untuk anda.
Berikut adalah hal-hal yang perlu dipersiapkan bila anda berminta untuk membuat sebuah lapangan futsal:
- Tentukan Luas lokasi yang ingin dijadikan usaha membuat lapangan futsal sesuaikan dengan jumlah lapangan yang ingin dibuat. Berikut referensi ukuran satu lapangan futsal: Ukuran Umum: Panjang: 25 m – 45 m, Lebar: 15 m – 25 m Ukuran Internasional: Panjang: 38 m – 42 m, Lebar: 18 m – 22 m
- Tentukan anggaran yang diperlukan dalam membuat lapangan futsal. Berikut contoh anggaran dalam membuat lapangan futsal ukuran 25 meter x 15 meter (awal tahun 2008): Lapangan : a. Rumput Sintetis = Rp. 150.000.000 b. Vyneels = Rp. 170.000.000 1. Bola Futsal : 2 pcs @ Rp. 150.000 = Rp. 300.000 2. Rompi : 24 pcs @ Rp. 20.000 = Rp. 480.000 3. Lighting : 12 pcs @ Rp. 900.000 = Rp. 10.800.000 4. Tiang Untuk Lighting : 6 pcs @ Rp. 450.000 = Rp. 2.700.000 Total pembuatan lap. rumput sintetis = Rp 164.280.000 Total pembuatan lap. vyneels = Rp. 184.280.000 Keterangan : 1. Biaya pembuatan lapangan futsal sudah termasuk biaya rumput, gawang, jaring gawang dan jaring pengaman keliling lapangan. Harga sudah termasuk biaya pemasangan. 2. Lighting memakai daya 350 watt. Harga sudah termasuk kabel dan biaya pemasangan. 3. Tiang lighting berukuran tebal 1,25 inch dengan tinggi 4 meter. Harga sudah termasuk biaya pemasangan tiang.
- Persiapkan semua hal yang diperlukan dalam pembuatannya, berikut yang perlu diperhatikan: – Lokasi dan bangunan. – Bahan Lapangan: lantai semen (paling murah), ubin, parkit kayu, rumput alami dan sintetis (lebih mahal) – Gawang, bola, kaos tim (sewa) dan peralatan untuk futsal lainnya – Jaring : yang digunakan untuk pagar sekeliling lapangan – Kawat baja : yang digunakan sebagai tihang pada jarring – cat putih untuk membuat garis pembatas lapangan dan lingkar lapangan. – spon/busa digunakan kalau lapangan dekat dengan tembok untuk mengindari cedera pemain – Tempat menunggu (jangan terlalu sempit, agar konsumen puas atas pelayanannya) – Tempat parkir yang cukup luas (bila perlu gratis, biar banyak pengunjunggnya) – Jam, buku tamu dan peralatan pendukung lainnya – Fasilitas hiburan seperti TV kalau perlu PS, Timezone, dll (sebagai hiburan untuk menunggu dan bermain agar terlihat eksklusif)
- Tentukan harga penyewaannya,, standarnya untuk lapangan futsal rumput sintetis, biasanya berkisar 50 rb – 140 rb keatas (outdoor) dan 190 rb keatas (indoor). Sebaiknya survey dulu harga-harga sekitarnya supaya tercipta persaingan yang sehat.
